Mindfulways – helping you and your loved ones negotiate the aged care system in Perth WA. We can assist with Residential Care Placement, residential care respite, urgent respite and advocating on your behalf with home care package providers. Aged care pathways can be challenging to navigate and my aim is to either assist you with simple information to point you in the right direction or provide a detailed service to help with all aspects of aged care support and services.
As well experienced Social Workers, we are committed to maximising your wellbeing and your quality of life. We collaborate with you and your families to ensure that appropriate living environments or support systems are in place. We work from a 'person centred' approach and strive to provide information, assistance and service to you when it is needed.
